Vertice offers luxury hilltop apartments perched over Brisbane’s famous river bend at Dutton Park and is Brisbane’s newest inner city hotspot. A boutique apartment development comprising 65 apartments across a City and River building engaging with stunning panoramic views and linked by resort style facilities and landscaped gardens. Award winning Blackwatch Projects is one of Brisbane’s leading medium sized construction and property development companies.

AMA were engaged to provide the design, construction and installation of all external metalwork and balustrade for this project. Scope included feature screens, glazed pool fencing and custom rafters for external common areas.
